YOGA CLASSES FOR ALL IN PASO ROBLES AND ON THE CENTRAL COAST. Group classes that come to you! We can provide yoga mats and blankets to your home or rental. We can also meet in nature ie: beach yoga, forest yoga or any appropriate outside space. The sound bath can be an incredibly blissful addition to a group yoga class. Sound Baths are a relaxing experience where you lay down and the practitioner uses crystal bowl instruments to create soundscapes that wash over you and soothe your nervous system and calm brainwaves.
